Siege Break — defend your base with a squad of heroes
There are no towers here. Empty slots are marked around the base, and you drag heroes from the panel at the bottom of the screen into them. The classes vary: mages, archers, gunners, priests. Each one takes a single slot and fights enemies on its own while the wave is underway. What sets the game apart from classic Tower Defense is that all the damage comes from living fighters, not buildings along the path.
The wave starts when you’re ready
There’s no timer. Until you hit the Fight button, enemies won’t move in, and you can place your squad for as long as you want. If the suggested fighters don’t fit, the Refresh button updates the available heroes. Because of that, the game is more about planning than reaction speed.
At the bottom of the screen there’s a base health bar. Every enemy that breaks through reduces it, and when it hits zero, the run ends.
Perks and currency between stages
Defeated enemies during a stage raise your level, and on each new level the game lets you pick a perk card that boosts your squad’s stats. Clearing a stage earns coins and gems, and there are also quests with rewards. All of this goes into upgrades, so your next run starts with stronger heroes. The way currency carries over between attempts makes the game feel similar to Gold Tower Defense.
