War Master and the merge-driven frontline

War Master turns a small outpost into a growing battlefield, and the Action setup keeps every upgrade tied to what happens on the map. You merge matching soldiers into stronger units, gather wood, and push outward as your base starts producing more of the army you need.

Merge soldiers, then raise stronger ranks

The core move is simple: combine equal troops to form tougher ones, then use the results to hold ground longer. As your rank climbs, the roster opens up beyond basic infantry, so each upgrade changes how you build your line and keep pressure on the enemy.

Gold medals from defeated enemies add another layer, since they fuel rank progress and elite gear instead of just sitting in a pile. That makes every skirmish matter, because replacing losses and improving your army depends on what you bring back from the fight.

Wood, medals, and control of the map

Wood is the main building resource, so improving barracks and production points directly affects how fast you recover after a clash. Captured points also raise passive income, which means map control matters as much as the next attack wave.

That economy links neatly to the bigger war machine, where your outpost grows into heavier force with tanks and helicopters later on. If you enjoy expansion-heavy strategy, Takeover and Grow Empire: Rome share the same push for territory and stronger production.

Desktop orders and mobile controls

On desktop, the mouse handles menus, unit selection, and attack orders, while WASD or the arrow keys move the camera. Space snaps the view back to the main building, so you can keep the base in sight during a hectic push.

On mobile, you tap to select, drag matching soldiers together to merge them, and use the virtual joystick to move around the battlefield. Pinch to zoom gives you a better read on the front line, and the game works well on phones and PCs without signup, much like Stick War Saga.
