Color Block Pairs — puzzle game about matching colored blocks in pairs
On the game board, there are colored blocks, and each one has a matching block of the same color. You drag a block with your mouse or finger and guide it to its pair. When two blocks touch, they merge and disappear. The level is complete when the board is empty. There’s no timer, so you can think through each route as long as you want. That’s what sets this game apart from Block Blast, where you place shapes into a grid instead of matching them in pairs.
Why a block won’t reach its pair
Finding a pair is easy — the colors are visible right away. The challenge is the path. Some blocks can only move in certain directions. Some are frozen and can’t be moved at all. Some are linked to nearby blocks. Because of that, order matters: moving the wrong pair too soon can block the only path for the next one. If you want pure color matching without these obstacles, check out Color Blocks.
Boosters and score multiplier
Boosters appear below the game board starting from level eight. The first seven levels are played without them, then the layouts get tougher. You earn points for matched pairs, and if you keep linking them while a combo is active, the multiplier grows and your score climbs faster.
