Word Solitaire builds themed stacks in Card & Board play
Word Solitaire turns a card-sort round into a Card & Board puzzle, and every pile has to match by topic instead of suit. You scan the table, tap a word card, and send it to the right stack while the deck feeds you replacements when the board runs thin.
Theme piles, not number piles
The opening layout usually shows several topics at once, such as animals, sports, food, or professions, so you need to read each word before you move it. A card only fits when the theme matches, which gives the round the same stack-building pressure you get in Spider Solitaire Classic and other solitaire games.
Limited moves make every choice count
There are no spare hints in the round, so each click matters and a wrong pick can send the card back to the deck while costing a move. That rule makes the game feel closer to a logic test than a simple shuffle, especially when two categories seem to share the same word.

New levels add more themes and make the categories overlap more often, which is where the challenge really sharpens.
