TB World — fan-made Toca Boca with everything unlocked
In the original Toca Boca World, you have to buy some items and locations separately. TB World is a fan-made browser version where everything is unlocked from the start. There’s no currency or level system, so you can grab any item right away. The art is soft and rounded, like in other cute games, and the vibe is closer to a dollhouse than a life sim.
There are two main parts to the game. First, you create characters: skin tone, hairstyle, eye shape, nose and eyebrows, clothes, shoes, backpacks, and hats. There are also preset characters if you don’t feel like tweaking appearances. If you’re mainly into that part, Princess Avatar World does the same thing.
Rooms on the map start out empty
Next comes the city map: houses, apartments, restaurants, theatres, office buildings. Inside, the rooms are empty. You pick furniture and items from the menu, drag them into the room, and move them around until the setup feels right. You can remove anything and place it again, so there’s no way to ruin the room design.
Emojis instead of dialogue
The characters don’t talk. Emotions are shown with the emoji icon in the bottom left: choose a reaction and drag it onto the character. He laughs, gets surprised, or gets mad — that’s what carries the scene. You can take a snapshot in the photo booth. There’s no losing, no timers, and no points in the game, and a similar set of unlocked features is available in Toca Boca Everything Unlocked.
